Below you will find the Tour Registration form to submit. Complete and press Send.  The Liability Form needs to be filled out and signed.  Please present the Liability Form with photo ID to one of the tour operators upon arriving at the departure location.  Where are we leaving from?  We are leaving from Tim Hortons near Club Regent at 1495 Regent Ave West.  Please see the Itinerary below for more details on the Full Trip.
