Is there an expiration date?     

     YES, The digital certificate expires 7 days after it is issued to your email.  

How do you redeem the certificate?

     You may activate a certificate over the phone or online by paying the resorts taxes and fees of                  $19.45 for  US resort options and $19.70 per night for our Mexico resort options. Once you activate          within 7 days of receiving the digital certificate you will have 18 months to choose  travel dates.

Are the resorts in Mexico "All Inclusive"?

     No the resorts we offer for the certificate will not be all inclusive. The recipient of this certificate is          responsible for all expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food, gratuities, and any          other miscellaneous expenses. This certificate cannot be combined with any other promotional                  vacation offer. There will be options available to upgrade to an All-Inclusive on booking.

What are the upgrade options that will be offered for Mexico?

     The certificate holder will be offered the opportunity to upgrade. For example for the 5 night Mexico        vacations the end user will be offered the opportunity to upgrade to All Inclusive resorts starting at          only $199 per couple for the entire stay. Upgrade options at $199 and at $299 that will allow 2 adults      and up to 2 kids up to the age of 18 to have all their meals and drinks included for as low as only an          additional $199. This is a huge value that saves you up to $1500 on your vacation. You will have the          option of upgrading to All Inclusive offers at significant additional discounts not available to the                public which you may want to consider.

What are the upgrade options that will be offered to my customers in the U.S.?

     In Orlando you will be offered a one bedroom upgrade from a studio unit plus you will be offered 2            Disney or 2 Universal tickets FREE if you agree to attend a resort preview of the benefits of resort            ownership or timeshares. Just a heads up, but not a bad heads up.  =)

     In Las Vegas you will be offered 2 Cirque Soleil tickets and $100 in casino match play, plus a room          upgrade and no resort fees. These additional incentives are a value of over $500.
